Refund Policy

This policy explains when and how refunds may be requested for PadMatrixx services.

1. Verification Services

Fees for background verification cover verifier time and third-party costs incurred once a case is initiated. Refunds are not available for cases where verification has already commenced, except at PadMatrixx's discretion in cases of clear service failure.

2. Cancellations

Cases cancelled before verification has begun are eligible for a full refund of the prepaid amount, minus any transaction charges.

3. Courses & Subscriptions (Coming Soon)

Refund windows for our upcoming education and subscription products will be published on the respective course pages before enrolment.

4. Processing Time

Approved refunds are processed within 7 – 14 business days to the original payment method.
