These Terms & Conditions govern your access to and use of the PadMatrixx website and services. By using our services you agree to be bound by these terms.

1. Services

PadMatrixx provides background verification, and — subject to launch — online education and HR services. Specific deliverables, timelines and pricing are governed by the engagement contract signed with each client.

2. Client Obligations

Clients must obtain valid consent from candidates before initiating verification and must provide accurate information required to complete the checks.

3. Use of Reports

Reports are confidential, delivered solely to the requesting client and may not be reproduced, forwarded or repurposed without written consent from PadMatrixx.

4. Intellectual Property

All website content, brand marks, templates and reports are the intellectual property of PadMatrixx unless otherwise indicated.

5. Limitation of Liability

PadMatrixx's liability under any engagement is limited to fees paid for the specific verification giving rise to the claim, except where a higher liability is agreed in the engagement contract.

6. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Bengaluru.
